We offer 3 ways to raise funds for your organization.
1. Hosting at our Studio
Painting options: Canvas, Wine Glasses or Lighted Bottles.
$35.00 per painter. Your painters would pre-register online. For those who can’t make your event date you can direct them to the same registration link where they could choose a donation amount.
20 painters or more to get $10 back ea.
15-19 painters, $5.00 return.
14 or less painters no return.
You will receive a check from Brush It Off made out to your organization. (can not be made out to an individual.) We can seat up to 30 maximum for a paint event. You can charge more to get more $ in return.
BAR is available with a great selection of Wines, Beers, snacks, and non alcoholic beverages.
2. Hosting at your Location
Painting options: Canvas, Wine Glasses or Lighted Bottles.
Brush It Off will travel to your location. No travel fee’s if within 30 miles of our studio.
With a minimum of 25+ painters you will receive a check from Brush It Off, of $10 per painter. Maximum of 80 per session. For those who can not make your event, direct them to the registration page where they could pick a donation only amount.
TRAVEL BONUS: You can make your ticket price whatever you think your customers are willing to donate to your cause. Add $5.00 to each ticket price and you will get that back too!
We bring everything to paint plus table covering, aprons and music (sound system and microphone if needed.) You will need to supply tables, chairs, water source, WIFI and if you want, the sip! We can also cover your floors with plastic for an additional fee.
3. Sell Gift Certificates
A GREAT alternative to let your customers choose the painting and date they want to attend at the studio!
Should 10 members of your group sell 6 – $35.00 Brush It Off Gift certificates, we would write your organization a check for $600.00!
We will customize the look of your Gift Certificates for your Organization. Minimum sales is 20 Gift Certificates with No limit. We can print more as needed. Collect the money as you go, cash or personal checks, made payable to Brush It Off.
The fine print:
- While Brush It Off will make your $10 donation we will not refund or reschedule for no call – no shows. 48 hour notice for refund (this allows us time to notify others who may be on a wait list for that class).
- Cancellation with a phone call due to an emergency OR 48 hour notice we can issue a credit or refund less the fundraiser donated amount.
- Brush It Off reserves the right to provide fundraising opportunities to charities or organizations that will enhance the image of Brush It Off LLC.
- Fundraiser checks can only be made payable to an organization, NOT an individual.
- You can bring food and if you have the proper permits for your organization you may hold other raffle type events during your fundraiser if the space prevails.
- We have over 300 paintings, many lighted bottle and wine glass designs to choose from. For $60.00 we can create one specific to your event.
